After the sell-out dinner last year, Executive Head Chef Andrew Parkinson will reunite with his long-time friend and fellow chef, Paul Catterson from Castlefinn, to fund-raise for the Fifteen Foundation – the charity founded by Jamie Oliver to help underprivileged young people to train as chefs.  And culinary star of the evening will be Dean Mc Clumpha, one of Fifteen’s 2005 apprentices who started off with no qualifications, no job and no future. He is now Head Pastry Chef at the London Restaurant.

“Our inspiration is that no one can be written off and everyone is capable of doing extraordinary things.”

This big culinary adventure will take place on Friday 24 September and will include ‘a taste of fashion’ from Donegal designer Edel Mc Bride. Joining Vicky Kee to host the evening will be TV3’s Showbiz Presenter, Noel Cunningham, and Gabrielle’s Diary will be looking out for all the cool photos and hot gossip.

Tickets are available for €50 per person which includes welcome cocktail and four course dinner with wine. All proceeds will go to The Fifteen Foundation.
