Not to far from our home re driving. Did not go out of town on this occasion but on previous visits found it a good base to visit various places in the county

The hotel I can fault nothing , food outstandingly as always , atmosphere always brilliant & relaxing , we stay at least 4 times a years couldn't fault it

excellent from start to finish staff amazing surrounding very comfortable food was also outstanding live music real bonus to top off relaxing evening

Lovely relaxed stay. Staff all very friendly, pleasant and attentive. Nice warm welcome from reception on arrival. Excellent food, well presented and flavoursome. Compliments to the chef. Loived the Palm Grove, great to chill out in. Entertainment was good and a nice pleasant atmosphere in the bar. All in all a great weekend break. Good value for money and will definitely be staying with you again later in the year..

Rooms could do with an update. A little tired looking, Bathroom could. have a retractable shaving mirror with one side plain snd the ither side magnified.

Excellent hotel. Stay here at least 5 times per year. Staff great , especially Emma on reception. Rooms very clean and spacious. Food excellent. Would thoroughly recommend

We have stayed a number of times at Kees hotel and have never been disappointed. The staff are lovely, so friendly and attentive, not interfering. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is a great touring base and the hotel is clean and .comfortable. Good food in the restaurant and excellent breakfast choices.

Only criticism is that we would have liked to stay longer but couldn't this time. Would definitely book more stays.

When we arrived around 2:45 we went to the bar for lunch as we had been told by many people how good the soup & sandwiches were, however we were told we could only have soup, sandwiches were not available yet on all the menus they were offered?

Hotel very clean and nice.Staff very nice and very helpful nothing was too much for them. Food was beautiful and service excellent. Highly recommend this place.

Occasionally some guests are quite noisy making it difficult to sleep. Don't like rooms at front as traffic starts very early in morning..

Communication with reception in organising the stay was 5star! Despite all the changes and special requests, nothing was too much bother. This made everything so much easier and less stressful in oranising a large family group getaway. Fantastic value for money and the food waseven better than expected!

There were a few hiccups with the service at dinner but we didnt mind too much. We had a laugh about it!
