Staff very friendly and helpful from the time of booking in till leaving food was excellent as usual all the staff in the restaurant was also excellent anything you needed was catered for without any problems first-class we will definitely be back again very soon
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The only minor thing I was disappointed with was the power of the water in the taps in the bedrooms it was a bit difficult to have a wash or shower

This is my 4th stay at the hotel , staff are lovely and the food is excellent. I’m looking forward to coming back in August .

Very clean. All staff very helpful and professional. Very good breakfast and my evening meal of salmon was delicious

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was really nice and helpful especially the young fella who got us lovely strawberries to go with our scones on arrival. Rooms were very clean. We will definitely be back

Have been to this hotel on numerous occasions usually with my sister-in-law and brother-in-law. We always get the rooms requested near the lift as my brother-in-law has walking difficulties. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and remember us especially Tina in housekeeping who always has a laugh and giggle with us

Hotel very welcoming. Card and chocolates in room for my mums birthday was a lovely touch. The bar staff even made mum a special non acholic cocktail. Entertainment on both nights totally made her hirthday. Staff in restaurant very attentive. Receptionist staff helpful with knowledge of the area. We had a lovely stay.

Without loosing the character of the hotel it could do with some updating ..Carpets etc.
