Warm and welcoming, feeling as you came through the door From the reception to the bar and breakfast, the staff were fantastic, especially at breakfast a staff mFrom the reception to the bar and breakfast, the staff were fantastic, especially at breakfast a lady staff member noticed that I needed some assistance, I’m very low vision, she was exceptionally discreet, very knowledgeable and took her time to explain what was available. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone I know who is thinking of staying in the area.

Nothing whatsoever, excellent hotel excellent staff excellent service. I couldn’t praise this hotel any higher.

Staff, sarah, james, harry were particularly good, dining staff attentive and housekeeping helped with extra pillows. Everyone was pleasent & efficient. Great that checkout was up to 12pm as it took the pressure off rushing.

Everything was lovely, if i have one little niggle it would be the breakfast sausages, too spicey.

The staff were so friendly and helpful both in the restaurant and the reception and it made us feel welcome. The food was excellent, hot,good quality and big quantity.

Excellent in every way. The receptionist a girl with an American accent was so nice sorry I didn't ask her name.

It's old world charm. Fresh flowers friendly staff . Spotless clean. Convenient for walking into town / riverside walk . Music in the bar great interaction.

The toilet doesn't flush properly need to press the button very hard .pressure in the shower is not good you have stand under the shower head as it is in a bath this is hard to do , extend the shower arm out to make it comfortable.

Traditional hotel,great staff, parking,central location in Donegal, great breakfast and dinner menu.Musicians in the bar really add to the environment. Nice quiet spaces too if wanted.. Really friendly anf helpful staff. . Nothing is an issue ..thank you
