Clean friendly, comfortable cosy and the food choice was excellent staff are super friendly . The peaceful Christmas atmosphere made it a joyable stay we will definitely be back 2025 .

Getting a parking ticket in Ballybofey on the Saturday Strabane had free parking for the Saturdays leading up to Christmas thought Ballybofey would be same. Looks like they don't need visitors

Pleasant stay as usual We have been around nine times now and feel at home Always very friendly and attentive staff We always take advantage of the great offers for one or two night stays which include an evening meal and breakfast, food is always very nice

Nothing really Hopefully next time we'll be able to stay for two nights

Food was excellant

We had booked our table for 7.30 and orders were taken immediately. We waited for starters for approx 20 mins. Our main meal quite quickly but ordered desserts didn't come a d we eventually had to ask for same as some of our party had already moved into the bar as music was about to start. We ended up taking desserts into the bar to enable us to get a seat

Friendly and welcoming. Keep the old comfort and ye old atmosphere.. No blaring tv just some very soft background music. Very relaxing.

Staff were all so warm,helpful and friendly.Food was very good and the price was fantastic value.Really enjoyed the spacious room.

Our only issue was with the water pressure in the shower which was weak.The bathroom was really nice and deserves a better shower.

As in many visits previously the staff are more than helpful, very approachable and friendly. That even includes the housekeeping staff, bar staff and restaurant staff. That is why we keep coming back. A couple of minor problems were attended to immediately. A credit to the owners who run a good ship.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend. We stayed in room 103 which was a lovely room and very comfortable with everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was 10/10. All the staff were so friendly and so helpful. We will definitely be back.

Value for money and the entertainment. Food was also good.

Unfortunately we were at the front of the house on the main street which was very noisy. Constant flow of traffic from the early hours.

Asked about control for tv 2 times at reception nothing done about asked the girl cleaning room on day 2 and she had her supervisor bring one in 5 minutes so well done her x reception need to action things and just not say they will sort it
