Lovely hotel, food was delicious and service was excellent, we love the seating area in reception and outside space

Perhaps a walk-in shower would help as we have mobility problems

We absolutely love coming here it’s my husband we treat to ourselves we be come down over last five years we been twice this already and hopefully get another one or two in stay are lovely Megan Roisin can’t remember owners name sorry fella as at bar for dinner and breakfast staff cleaning staff all lovely .

Nothing at all but crazy to park sometimes but you get that every where

Not enough seats in bar.we had to go to room after meal but wanted to listen to music.we were a party of four

Location was very good for exploring Donegal and also shoping. Hotel was very comfortable and clean,food lovely and staff helpful and friendly.no

The TV on the room (210) was just too small..you couldn't really watch it from bed. We love your hotel but there are just a few things need upgrading..

Small family run hotel Much better than the chain type modern hotel. Hotel has old world charm. Staff always warm and friendly

Nothing at all. Restaurant closes a bit early , but that is not really a criticism . It is understandable with modern high staffing costs and shortages

All the staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. Beds really comfy. Food 1st class. Would definitely recommend your hotel. It's no wonder people keep going back. We will be back..

Customer service in reception and bar was excellent. The location of the hotel between Donegal and Letterkenny make it an ideal base.

The hotel management could be more visible.

Lovely room. Waking up to the birds singing in the morning

Lack of entertainment on Sunday. Music finished at 7pm left the lounge so quiet at 10pm most people just went to bed

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent food served by very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful, hotel has such a homely feeling and the food is fantastic in the restaurant and the bar.

We loved everything. We visit here for a few days every 3 or 4 months.
