Friendly staff, great food, lovely bar with great atmosphere and music. Very relaxing Bar lovely fire and plenty of seating. Very clean in public areas and bedrooms.

Just one issue, we stayed in room 101 , the lift was right beside our room & was very noisy from around 6am, being light sleepers doesnt help, so next time will ask for a room far away from this.

We have been going to Kees for quite some time and when we request our room, they never fail to give us what we asked for . Food is outstanding
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Guests staying in Room 112 had TV on rather loudly til 4am. Someone had fallen asleep and the snoring was on another scale. Not the hotels fault!

Staff were friendly, food was great, rooms were well equipped and clean, cleaners were lovely and kindly refreshed our towels - not everywhere does this!

I visit 3 or 4 times a year and every stay is excellent, Wonderful hotel, staff and food and entertainment. Cannot fault anything.

I enjoyed my stay Central to all amenities The staff are very efficient and helpful Also the music in Harry's bar was enjoyable The young staff on the bar were lovely very satisfied overall thanks

There was really nothing l could default just would have being helpful to be offered the vouchers for McElhinneys as we mentioned when we booked in that we were going there until our room was ready I would definitely stay again Thank you

A lovely Hotel.Great value. The room was lovely and very clean plus the bed was extremely comfortable .. The staff were all really friendly helpful and attentive... We had dinner and breakfast and both were just absolutely beautiful ... and again the staff were lovely.... One of the best breakfasts we have ever had ....10 out of 10 .. We look forward to returning again soon.. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay....

Mirror in the bathroom is too high for small people. Could only see the top of my head when washing.
