We had a lovely experience at your hotel, from the food to tge wonderful staff we had a really enjoyable experience thank you

Been here a few times now n always enjoy our stay. Great food , room always spotless , reception always friendly n helpful just a pity the music on a Sunday is only 5 - 7 because I think later would have more people staying in the bar and not going else where

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
It was warm & cosy in the hotel. The staff were friendly & the food was delicious & beautifully presented. Excellent that checkout wasn't until 12pm. Good value for money.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The room was lovely. Clean & comfortable pillows. It was a bit of a walk to our room & usually this would not be a problem but one of the ladies was temporarily having walking difficulties. It did not in any way take away from the lovely time we had. I had been told the location of the room when I booked. So no ones fault.

This is our 4th year staying we just love how cosey the hotel is and the staff outstanding especially miss Emma who couldn’t do enough for us this weekend, until next year 🥰

I realy have little if any problems with our stay it was perfect.

I say this only too complete this section but if I must pick holes then perhaps some new padding in the chairs in the bar area wouldn't hurt ?

This was our second stay and we were just as impressed as on our first visit - every single member of staff was so friendly and obliging and we are looking forward to further stays in the future

The only gripe we would have would be the size of TV in bedrooms- they really are so small - when watching news the heads of presenters could not be seen.

The friendly atmosphere we have stayed in other hotels in town but they don't have the family atmosphere that kees has.

Everything except the carpark it's disorganised with cars and vans parking where ever they want . It distracts from a wonderful hotel.

The reception staff were very welcoming and were very helpful with out accommodation requirements. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very relaxing,staff were very attentive and the food was amazing. We enjoyed the music and the ambience in the bar were the staff were attentive. Rooms were warm and had everything you would require, clean and very comfortable bed and pillows.

Cosy hotel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Comfy bed. Hotel nice and warm.

Decor a bit dated but it wouldn’t stop me going back.!
