Very good value for money. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Bar service/toasted sandwiches good. Dinner in restaurant Sunday night excellent. Music in bar both nights ..Monday night "man in black" very entertaining and encouraged guests to join in this created a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and would encourage us to stay in the bar rather than go down town.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Room at front of house noisy when window is open non stop traffic we closed window and used fan provided which helped to cool the room this did not impact on our stay. We like watching sporting events Sunday games etc we went down town to watch world cup final as only one TV in bar. We were visiting my daughter who now lives outside Ballybofey and expecting first grandchild and plan many more trips to Kees Hotel when visiting. we really like the friendly relaxed homely feeling of your family run hotel ..your staff, excellent food/service and value for money make this hotel our number one choice. Thank you.

We atay 3 or 4 times a year. The hotel was fantastic as always. Food is amazing- such a varied menu too. Staff are great. The manager Roisin is fantastic, she is super friendly and always welcomes us back. Couldn't be more helpful. Myself and my husband look forward to our next visit.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
We have stayed several times In Kees and have never been disappointed. The hotel is clean, comfortable and food is very good. Can't fault the staff in any way as they are all friendly and professional and willing to help in every way. Love Roisin and Paula who always have time for guests not forgetting all the rest who make a holiday so pleasant. Best hotel in our opinion. Also plenty of places to see and generally a good area to your Donegal from.

Family room was good size. Excellent food. Excellent service from staff throughout the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to fit us in for dinner in restaurant on Saturday evening as we hadn’t booked. Enjoy the bar it’s got nice cozy atmosphere . Nice to have entertainment. Nice to have outside area to sit out with a drink and relax especially with the good weather.

Friendliness of all the staff, reception, waitering staff, bar and room service staff, they were also very helpful Breakfast and dinner were beautiful clean and comfortable room

Lack of air conditioning, however a fan was provided I didn't realise the room was so far away from reception when booking and I have mobility issues

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
We enjoy the relaxed nature of our stay. Easy parking, access to the property, to the room and other areas such as Harry's bar and the restaurant. Outdoor courtyard well maintained with various seating options throughout. Bedroom was spacious and super king size bed very comfortable. Also welcomed this use of the electric fan to circulate the air in the room which helped our sleep. The location is perfect for us and central to all the places we wished to visit.

While you have plenty to offer guests in the bar, restaurants and courtyard and of course the live music, the room experience could be improved perhaps with a slightly larger television. Other than that keep doing what you are doing.
