This was our second stay and we were just as impressed as on our first visit - every single member of staff was so friendly and obliging and we are looking forward to further stays in the future
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The only gripe we would have would be the size of TV in bedrooms- they really are so small - when watching news the heads of presenters could not be seen.

The friendly atmosphere we have stayed in other hotels in town but they don't have the family atmosphere that kees has.

Everything except the carpark it's disorganised with cars and vans parking where ever they want . It distracts from a wonderful hotel.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The reception staff were very welcoming and were very helpful with out accommodation requirements. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very relaxing,staff were very attentive and the food was amazing. We enjoyed the music and the ambience in the bar were the staff were attentive. Rooms were warm and had everything you would require, clean and very comfortable bed and pillows.

Cosy hotel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Comfy bed. Hotel nice and warm.

Hotel is very welcoming. Location is good. Just a lovely feel about the place. Always enjoy staying at the hotel Food is fantastic Got a lovely birthday card and chocolates , which was very much appreciated

We had a fantastic stay at Kee's. The room was lovely and clean as is all of the hotel. The staff in all areas are very friendly and nothing is to ,much bother. The food in the bar and restaurant is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back again.

Nothing keep doing what you are all doing it's an amazing hotel because you haven't tried to modernize it and take the history away from it .

Didn't use the wifi, so can't rate it. Room was quiet (as requested) and warm — very important. Food was excellent and available all day. Weekend special was great value, with two breakfasts and one dinner included. All the staff with whom we interacted were pleasant and efficient.

Nothing major. The car park was good, but we were unable to learn its location in advance of arriving (at rush hour). McElhinny's vouchers — good, though we had to ask for them.

Like having entertainment in the evening. Location good.

Plenty of staff in dining room not enough in the bar. Some dining room staff not doing with their duties-clearing tables etc. . U need a few more like Rose😀

Lovely stay in our favourite hotel.Food good and music in the bar area superb. Christmas decorations were gorgeous and hotel is cosy old world charm.

Problem with shower not draining was only downside.

Very welcoming, lovely cosy atmosphere. Cleanliness great, food wonderful, value for money. Just a lovely place. Would definitely recommend.

What's not to like, something definitely wrong with you if you complain about anything in this hotel. We stayed the night before in the Killyhevlin in Fermanagh and this hotel was as equally good. Two completely different hotels but both were excellent.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Tina in housekeeping was excellent - the TV in our room had very few channels available and she spent approx 15 minutes retuning the TV and we ended up with about 70 channels. On Tuesday 18 November I contacted reception and asked for a heater as our room was very cold - within 5 minutes a young chap delivered a heater and checked our radiator - the radiator had been turned off ! We were staying in room 223 which is next to fire escape and I think there was cold air coming up the fire escape - it didn’t help that it was a very cold night with frost and snow.

Nothing - we have stayed in Kees Hotel many many times over the last 20/30 years and we keep coming back - we plan to return in the New Year.
