Friendly staff, warm room, and service good as always.

Only negative was the freshness of the breakfast as some items had obviously been out for some time.

Comfortable and friendly. Staff very helpful. Entertainment also good. Location ideal for travel and exploring the area.

Water pressure in shower was poor. Water drainage in hand basin very slow. Some of the food at dinner wasn't pleasant (mushy peas were very dry and gritty but fish was excellent)

Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, great food, very amenable for shopping and site seeing. Hope to return soon.

Very comfortable and friendly

Shower in room 101 not working properly. No pressure as water running down wall behind shower head and not coming out the the shower. Reported at reception hopefully attended to after our departure. Not a major issue just very awkward to shower properly

Very comfy beds, food excellent, well trained staff... go out of their way to assist.

TV a little on the small side, door handles needs upgrading..

Absolutely an amazing hotel. The building was incredible and the grounds were beautiful. Such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit here from the staff ti the food to the amazing rooms. 1st class

Customer service was excellent. Food was excellent. Staff all helpful and informative.
